Inquiry and contact forms: name, e-mail, phone and message. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in handling your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Retained for the time needed to handle the inquiry and up to 3 years thereafter.

Newsletter: e-mail address. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw anytime via the unsubscribe link or at office@fgpslovakia.sk.

Cookies and similar technologies: according to your choice in the cookie bar; see the Cookie Policy.

3. Recipients

Processors acting on our behalf: Vercel Inc. (hosting), Supabase Inc. (database), Sanity AS (content management) and Resend (e-mail delivery). Some may transfer data to the USA under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

4. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest and to withdraw consent at any time (office@fgpslovakia.sk). You may lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Office (dataprotection.gov.sk).

5. Security and retention

We protect data with appropriate technical and organisational measures and retain it only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law.
